Our “default” method of shipping is UPS Ground. We find this service works well, is very price competitive and gives reliable tracking. We will sometimes use alternative carriers such as FedEx, the Postal Service or Common Carriers (trucking companies) depending upon the size and nature of your shipment.
There is a standard flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.99 automatically applied to all online orders using the guest checkout option. This fee is automatically waived for all customers who have an online account registered with MTech.
“In Stock” product orders ship within 1-2 business days and can be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions list below for other time frames.
“Vendor Stock” and “Special order” shipments may take a few additional days to process and every effort is made by our team to expedite your order and keep you informed of shipment status.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship some items to Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas. Shipment to these facilities is normally 5-10 days.

Oversized or extremely large products
Out of stock items
All returns must be approved via the vendor’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Request the RMA by contacting us. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 2 business days.
You may return Stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the product. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or damaged products.
Non Stock, Special Orders and Customized Products:
Non Stock, special orders, and customized products are either not returnable, or may be returned with a 20% restocking charge, depending upon the nature of the product, the special order or customization involved. Kindly note that some manufacturers impose a non-refundable policy on us and so although we will always be your advocate, it may be impossible for us to force a return on a manufacturer on your behalf. In some cases, products must be returned directly to the specific manufacturer of the product, and NOT to our facilities. If you inadvertently return a product to us, you may incur charges for shipping back to the manufacturer. Please consult our service personnel at email@example.com for assistance.
Used Products, Not Sanitary:
Used products which are not sanitary (as in products used in the plumbing, some construction and infrastructure maintenance trades) are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of “how little they were used”. This stated, we may be willing to assist you with a replacement at a reduced or incentivized charge to help you out. Please consult our service staff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Error and Defective Products:
If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will replace the product including shipping charges. If we are unable to provide a replacement of the intended product, we will refund the cost of the merchandise subject to the terms and conditions listed herein.
* You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery (see product specific return policies for exceptions). You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
