The CUES LAMP II helps inspection teams accomplish more in a single pass by inspecting mainlines and laterals simultaneously. It captures the detailed data needed to identify potential cross-bores, infiltration and inflow, pipe defects, and structural concerns.
Cover your mainline and lateral inspection requirements simultaneously with the LAMP II self-propelled system. Its capabilities enable you to perform comprehensive inspections without a property-line cleanout, helping you save time, money, and logistical headaches.Â
Give your operators the precision, power and control they need to effectively navigate complex underground environments, from the mainline to laterals. Choose this system from the largest sewer inspection camera manufacturer in the U.S.Â
The LAMP II can effectively navigate the wyes and sweeps of a pipe, inspecting with or against the flow. With the optional micro pan and tilt lateral enhancement camera, operators can move through 45- and 90-degree turns.Â
The mainline camera features a 40:1 optical-digital zoom to give you a close look at pipe features. Optional CUES add-ons include a micro pan and tilt lateral camera, a self-leveling lateral camera and a rear-viewing camera for tight access and effective cable management.
The LAMP II can traverse up to 1,000 feet of mainline and up to 180 feet into the lateral pipe. Operators can use the system in pipes ranging from 6 to 30 inches in diameter, depending on the wheel sets used.
Full Integration With CUES Crawlers and Software
The LAMP II fully integrates with your existing CUES sewer inspection equipment, such as transporters. You can also use your existing control system to operate it. All mainline and lateral data it collects goes into the familiar GraniteNet software platform, where you can store and assess it.Â

A Partnership Focused on OperatorsÂ
At MTech, we’re interested in doing more than selling you the LAMP II and other CUES systems. We want to help you get the most from your equipment investment. Our commitment to you has helped us become the CUES Dealer of the Year 12 times. Your operators in Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana and Kentucky can depend on us for:
Since cross bores often occur in laterals, rather than mainlines, this sewer inspection tool helps you visually inspect these pipes. With this CUES lateral inspection tool, you can confirm whether a utility has intersected or penetrated the lateral. This capability enables inspection teams to increase public safety and reduce the risks of everything from clogs to gas leaks into the sewer system.Â
LAMPII, the CUES lateral launch inspection camera, is a self-propelled CCTV tool for identifying inflows, infiltration, pipe defects, crossbores and other structural conditions. It features two cameras, one for pan, optical zoom and tilt operations (mainline), and one for lateral launching, as well as a transportation platform.
The LAMPII can traverse multiple wyes and bends against or with the flow and can inspect all laterals and mainlines in just one run. Other features include:
Multiple wheel sets available for 6″ to 42″ lines
Ability to traverse up to 1,000′ of mainline pipe and an additional 180′ into the lateral pipe.
Built-in sonde for lateral camera
Fixed view self-leveling and pan/tilt lateral cameras available
Compatible with existing CUES units
The LAMPII is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to simultaneously perform high quality mainline and lateral inspections in any size system.
