Powerful, One-Person Leaf Collection Solution
Clearing leaves and debris can be time-consuming, but with the right equipment, the process becomes fast, efficient, and hassle-free. MTech’s chassis mounted and hooklift leaf vacuum trucks, built by ARM, are designed for high-powered, one-person operation, giving municipalities, contractors, and landscapers an all-in-one solution for leaf collection and debris removal.
Why Choose ARM Chassis/Skid-Mounted Leaf Vacuums?
Removing leaves from lawns can be a hassle-free endeavor with the correct equipment. Our chassis/hooklift leaf collectors have several advantages over other removal methods, ensuring maximum productivity and reliability for a variety of commercial and municipal applications. Some benefits include:
The Logan Clutch Advantage – More Power, Less Maintenance
Traditional leaf vacuums rely on belts, bearings, and manual adjustments, leading to constant wear and tear. ARM’s Logan Clutch is different:
- Push-Button Auto Engage: No levers, belts, or complex startup procedures—just instant power transfer.
- Self-Adjusting Design:Â No bearings or belts to replace, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring peak performance every time.
- Direct Power to the Fan:Â Every ounce of horsepower is used for suction, instead of being wasted in belt slippage or energy loss.
This means stronger, more efficient debris collection, reduced downtime, and a machine that lasts longer than the competition.
True One-Man OperationÂ
- 6-Way Remote Hydraulic Boom – Joystick-controlled from inside the cab for effortless one-man operation.
- No Need for Extra Workers – Vacuum, collect, and transport debris in one step with a single operator.
Faster, More Productive Debris Removal
- 24,200 CFM of Suction Power – With this kind of power, wet leaves, heavy debris, and mulch are handled with ease.
- 74 HP Turbo Diesel KOHLER Engine – Built for long, high-intensity shifts without overheating or bogging down (and no DEF required!).
- Direct Drive Over-Center Clutch System – Eliminates shock load damage, extending the life of the engine and fan system.
- Faster Debris Removal – Vacuum, collect, and transport debris in fewer steps. Our all-in-one solution merges collection and transportation, eliminating unnecessary delays and improving productivity.
More Debris, Fewer Trips
- 25 or 30-Cubic Yard Hopper Capacity – Store more debris and reduce unnecessary trips to disposal sites.
- All-Steel, Welded Construction – Tough enough for municipal cleanup, landscaping, and commercial operations
Built to Last – Rugged, Low-Maintenance Design
- 30-Inch Steel Fan with Six Blades – Statically and dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and wear.
- 100% Robotically Welded Impellers – Ensures long-term durability and consistent performance.
- Heavy-Duty Construction – Designed to withstand harsh conditions and heavy workloads
Applications:
- ✔ Municipal street cleaning & leaf pickup
- ✔ Large-scale landscaping and property maintenance
- ✔ Parks, stadiums, and public spaces
Engineered for Maximum Performance
The ARM chassis/skid-mounted leaf vacuum is mounted directly onto a truck’s frame, lifting and storing debris in a high-capacity steel hopper. This system eliminates the need for multiple workers and multiple machines—one operator can collect and transport debris in a single trip.
ARM’s hooklift trucks offer an even more versatile solution. By mounting our popular leaf vac system onto a rolloff skid platform instead of directly to the truck frame, the chassis is freed up to swap out other popular skid attachments for year round use. When you are done with leaf collection, just swap out the leaf vac body for a dump body, flatbed, or any number of other convenient attachments without the need to purchase additional chassis for each.
Whether you’re responsible for municipal street cleaning, large-scale property maintenance, or commercial landscaping, MTech has the perfect chassis-mounted leaf vacuum solution to streamline your operations.
